Police Say Driver of Car that Crashed Into Mass. Home Was Shot Prior

Worcester, MA – A driver was shot before crashing into a Worcester County home earlier this week, authorities revealed. Officers responded to the incident on Paine Street after 9 p.m. on Tuesday to find the injured driver and a vehicle against the home.

Paramedics transported the wounded driver to the hospital for treatment. Police did not disclose further details about the injuries or the extent of the home’s damage. Detectives urge anyone with information to contact investigators at 508-799-8651 or anonymously text 274637 TIPWPD.
