Police searching for missing Staten Island teen last seen at psychiatric center

STATEN ISLAND, NY – The NYPD is asking for the public’s help to locate 17-year-old Kalista Clements, who was last seen on Friday, August 8, at the South Beach Psychiatric Center on Seaview Avenue.

According to police, Clements was spotted at 777 Seaview Avenue around 8 a.m. and has not been seen since. She lives on the 40 block of Sandalwood Drive in Great Kills.

Clements is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black hoodie, black leggings, and red-and-white sneakers.

A photo of Clements has been released to assist in the search. Police have not indicated whether her disappearance is considered suspicious but are seeking the community’s help in locating her.
