MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating Markus Tyrelle Dowdy, 33, a suspect in a homicide. The incident occurred on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at America’s Best Wings restaurant, located in the 11200 block of New Hampshire Ave, White Oak.
Dowdy is considered armed and dangerous. A reward of up to $10,000 is offered for information leading to his arrest.
