ANNE ARUNDEL, MD – On January 27, 2022, at approximately 6:30 p.m., officers responded to the Metro PCS located at 3533 Laurel-Fort Meade Road for a hold-up alarm. When officers arrived, they learned that a suspect entered the business, forced an employee to a back room by gunpoint, and demanded currency/products belonging to the business.
The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of both. No injuries were reported, and Robbery Unit detectives are investigating. The suspect is described as a thin build, light-skinned black male approximately 5-10 to 6 feet tall.
