WINDSOR MILL – The public is urgently requested to help locate 16-year-old Elva Janete Navarrete, last seen at 10 p.m. on January 15 in the Windsor Mill area.
Elva is described as 5’1″ tall, weighing 125 lbs, with long black hair. She wears glasses and may be wearing a white coat with purple lettering on the back. The circumstances of her disappearance are currently unclear.
Authorities are asking anyone with information regarding Elva’s whereabouts to immediately contact 911 or call 410-307-2020.
