PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking urgent assistance from the public in locating 72-year-old Ernest Collins, who has been reported missing. Ernest was last seen on July 26, 2023, at 8:23 am in the area of the unit block of Penn Court.
Ernest Collins is described as standing at 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 198 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black hat, black t-shirt, red/black leather jacket, tan pants, and black shoes.
