PARAMUS, NJ – Police in Paramus are searching for a missing 82-year-old man and are asking the community to keep an eye out in their daily travels. Joseph Kelly, Jr. was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and a New Jersey State Police PBA baseball hat. Police said Mr. Kelly is 5′ 9″, weighs 165 pounds and is bald. He was last seen on foot before he went missing.
