The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 46-year-old Missing Person Ruthena Rhodes. She was last seen at 2:30 P.M., on Thursday, July 1st, 2021, on the 74XX block of Brous Avenue.
She is 5’3″, 246 lbs, heavy build, hazel eyes and brown hair. She was last seen in motorized wheelchair, wearing rusty color shorts, white baseball cap, black rim glasses and multicolor strip shirt. She likes to frequent the Roosevelt Mall area 23XX block of Cottman Avenue.
