FREDERICK, MD – The Frederick Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit has charged James Peter Brown, Jr. and Derell Len Prue with first and second-degree murder in connection with the homicide that took place on March 18, 2023, at Exhale Lounge.
The police are now seeking the public’s assistance in locating Brown and Prue.
