Police Seek Public Assistance in Identifying Aggravated Assault Suspects

Philadelphia, PA – The Central Detective Division is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals involved in an aggravated assault in the 22nd District. Surveillance video capturing the suspects has been released.

On June 19, at approximately 11:56 PM, the incident occurred on the 2600 block of North Broad Street. The complainant was walking when the suspects approached from behind and assaulted him, causing severe head trauma. Surveillance footage shows the suspects at a convenience store before the assault.

The suspects are described as follows:

  • Suspect #1: A Black male with a thin build and dark skin, dressed in dark clothing and wearing a white mask.
  • Suspect #2: A Black male with a medium build and light skin, wearing a blue hat, black t-shirt, black shorts, and blue sneakers.
