Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Chambersburg Hit-and-Run Vehicle

CHAMBERSBURG, PA – On the morning of July 12, at approximately 7:45 AM, the Chambersburg Police Department responded to a hit-and-run report on the unit block of Lincoln Way West. The victim reported that her vehicle was struck sometime overnight. Borough camera footage revealed the suspect vehicle to be a dark blue or black Toyota Camry, which turned onto S Franklin Street and then onto W Burkhart Avenue.

The suspect vehicle likely has damage to the driver-side door and/or driver-side mirror. Authorities are requesting anyone with information about the incident to submit a tip via Crimewatch or contact the Chambersburg Police Department directly.
