Bronx, NY – On Tuesday at approximately 5:19 a.m., an 82-year-old male was struck by a gray Chrysler 300 four-door sedan while crossing Southern Boulevard from the east sidewalk to the west sidewalk.
The Chrysler continued southbound, made a right turn onto East 149th Street, another right turn onto Prospect Avenue, and traveled to an unknown location. The victim suffered serious injuries and was transported by EMS to NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
