Police Seek Vehicle Spotted in Possible Child Luring Incident

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Wednesday, at 11:45 a.m., the Gloucester Township Police Department received a report of a suspicious vehicle approaching a juvenile female.

The girl was walking home from Triton High School when a vehicle pulled next to her on Station Avenue.

The vehicle is described as a dark grey or black newer model Honda Ridgeline with various distinguishing features.

The driver, an older white male wearing a pink or orange shirt, asked the juvenile if she needed a ride before speeding off.

Anyone with additional information or knowledge of similar incidents is asked to call 9-1-1 or the Gloucester Township Police Department at 856-228-4500. Anonymous tips can also be sent via text message to 888777 with the keyword TIP GLOTWPPD.
