HARRISBURG, PA – Arthur William Carter Jr, a 44-year-old man, is currently wanted by the Swatara Township Police.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Carter on charges of aggravated assault, fleeing or attempting to elude, flight to avoid apprehension, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving under suspension, and additional summary traffic violations.
On Friday, a police officer attempted to stop Carter for a traffic violation. Instead of complying, Carter fled onto a dead-end roadway, made a U-turn, and collided with the marked police vehicle before continuing to flee the scene. Carter’s whereabouts are currently unknown.
