Police seeking man who ‘performed lewd act’ aboard NYC subway train

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking a suspect wanted for performing a lewd act on a subway train in Queens on Wednesday.

According to a police report, at around 12:05 AM, a male passenger on a northbound ‘F’ train was caught performing a lewd act in public view as the train was approaching the 46th Street subway station.

The individual then fled in an unknown direction.

“There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident,” the department said in a statement.
