Police seeking suspect in deadly Philadelphia weekend shooting

PHILADELPHIA, PA – On Sunday, at 5:59 am, a homicide occurred in the area of 2400 N. 29th Street. The victim, a 45-year-old female, sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Philadelphia Police Homicide Division is seeking a suspect for questioning who may be driving a tan-colored Infinity SUV Qx4 with heavy front-end damage on the passenger side of the vehicle. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 25-35 years old, 6’0”, thin build, with a beard and twisted/braided style hair.

The City of Philadelphia is offering a reward of $20,000 leading to an arrest and conviction for this homicide.
