Police Seeking to Identify Hit and Run in Vineland

VINELAND, NJ – Police in Vineland are trying to identify a dark SUV that struck a pedestrian on Saturday and fled the scene.

“This past Saturday evening, 06/04/22, there was an incident on Chestnut Avenue/3rd St involving a dark color SUV and a male pedestrian in a yellow/gold shirt. During the incident the pedestrian was drug by the vehicle to the 400 block of Chestnut Ave where he fell from the vehicle and the vehicle fled the area,” police reported.
