PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department’s Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in a video released by the agency today.
According to police, on July 24, at 6:00 am, an unknown male gained entry to Juno Restaurant located at 1033 Spring Garden St. Once inside the suspect took two cases of Red Bull energy drinks then fled the area.
