Police Track Stolen Car Involved in Shooting That Sent Two to Miami Valley Hospital

XENIA, OH – Early Friday morning, the Xenia Police Department and Greene County deputies responded to an incident involving a multi-vehicle crash and a shooting on the 200 block of E. Second Street.

On arrival at approximately 1:30 a.m., officers found two men with gunshot wounds. One man sustained a minor leg injury, while the other suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to Miami Valley Hospital.

A preliminary inquiry suggests the suspect, after crashing into several cars, attempted to flee the scene.

Witnesses provided a description of the suspect, who is at large. A vehicle involved, reported stolen from Circle K on Wyoming Drive, is part of the ongoing investigation, with a possible link to another vehicle theft.
