PRINCETON, NJ – Starting from May 1st, the Princeton Police Department will begin enforcing overnight parking violations. Before that, starting on April 24th, an educational and warning campaign will commence. During this period, police officers will leave warning notices on vehicles that are violating specific ordinances.
This campaign is aimed at educating vehicle owners so that they can avoid getting summonses when the parking violation enforcement begins.

In addition, the Princeton Police Department has launched a new online parking portal for overnight parking permission requests. All requests must be submitted through https://www.frontlinepss.com/princeton, which accepts submissions in both English and Spanish. Since the portal is already live, there’s no need to contact the PPD Dispatch to request overnight parking permission.
