BRONX, NY—A 43-year-old woman was assaulted and robbed on Saturday at around 8:50 PM inside a building at 2558 Olinville Avenue, according to police reports. Two unidentified young women reportedly initiated a verbal altercation with the victim before forcibly taking her purse and repeatedly striking her in the face.
The assailants, described as being in their late teens with medium builds and complexions, fled the scene on foot. The victim incurred minor injuries but declined medical treatment. Police are currently seeking information on the suspects.
