Queens Man Charged in Fatal Shooting

QUEENS, NY – 36-year-old Yasser Saleh of Queens is facing charges of criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment following a fatal shooting incident.

The incident occurred on Monday, November 20, at approximately 10:03 PM, when police responded to a 911 call reporting a male shot at 40-35 21st Street in the 114 Precinct area. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 25-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds to his body in front of the location.

Emergency medical services transported the victim to New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Despite efforts to save him, the victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
