TRENTON — A Quick Draw Progressive ticket sold at a bakery in Newark delivered a $43,797 prize to its owner on Sunday, marking the latest substantial win in the New Jersey Lottery’s ongoing jackpot series.

The winning ticket, drawn on Oct. 27, was purchased at Arcos Doce Baker, located at 88 Wilson Avenue, according to lottery officials. The ticket netted 30% of the progressive jackpot, which fluctuates based on total ticket sales and remains available at every participating retailer across the state.

Quick Draw Progressive is designed to add an extra layer of excitement to traditional Quick Draw games, offering players an additional chance to win at no extra cost. Each ticket contains a unique set of nine numbers ranging from 01 to 80. If all nine numbers match in a given Quick Draw drawing, the ticket holder wins a portion of the progressive jackpot, which scales with the wager amount.

As of Monday morning, the Quick Draw Progressive jackpot had climbed to an estimated $105,000, continuing to grow until the next winning ticket is drawn.
