Raleigh Police Investigating Possible Murder Suicide

RALEIGH, N.C. — In an incident early Tuesday morning, a woman was found dead from gunfire at a Raleigh shopping center.

The Raleigh Police Department reported the discovery after an initial call just after 12:15 a.m. in the 4000 block of Tollington Drive.

During their investigation, officers located a deceased adult male in the 2800 block of Plaza Place, a shopping center off Creedmoor Road south of Millbrook Road.

The male was found with injuries suggesting a self-inflicted gunshot wound, indicating a possible suicide.

The relationship between the two incidents and the identities of the individuals involved remain under investigation by the Raleigh Police Department.
