Remains found during search for 18-year-old missing since June

JEFFERSON HILLS, PA – Police announced they had found human remains during their search for an 18-year-old who has been missing since June.

According to the Allegheny County Police Department, on November 17, Allegheny County Police detectives were conducting a search near the Montour Trail in Jefferson Hills.

“The search was in relation to the missing person investigation of Dorian Serrano. During the search, human remains were recovered. Those remains were transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office for identification. As of this date, identification has not been made,” the agency said.

At this time, the remains were not identified as being those of Serrano. He was last seen by his family on June 14th in Clairton.
