Repeat Offender Sentenced to Prison

LOCK HAVEN, PA – Lyric Wynn, 23, faced sentencing in Clinton County court on Tuesday for multiple offenses, including parole and probation violations.

Clinton County President Judge Craig P. Miller prescribed an aggregate sentence of 17 to 96 months at SCI Camp Hill.

The history of Wynn’s defiance, which includes an attempt to burglarize the Lock Haven Police Department for seized drugs in June 2021, culminated in his arrest after a chase by Pennsylvania State Police Troopers.

While in custody, Wynn displayed further disrespect and threatened law enforcement personnel.

District Attorney Dave Strouse advocated for a firm sentence, emphasizing Wynn’s lack of respect and the necessity of the state prison term.
