Money - Lottery winning jackpot.

A retired postal worker, Michael Curtin from Maynard, claimed his $100,000 prize just in the nick of time on a Friday, April 19. With only a few days remaining before the ticket would have expired, Curtin expressed his intention to use the winnings to upgrade his vehicle. Curtin purchased the winning ticket from Honey Land at 220 Summer St. in Fitchburg, garnering the store a $1,000 bonus for selling it.

The $100,000 windfall came from Curtin participating in the “Mass Cash” drawing held on May 2, 2023.

Lottery officials urge another unidentified winner of a “Lucky For Life” prize to come forward promptly to claim the substantial windfall.
