PHILADELPHIA , PA – The City of Brotherly Love has transformed into the city of burning, looting and rioting. A mandatory curfew has been implemented by Mayor Kenne effective Saturday night at 8PM through Sunday morning at 6AM. Only persons with essential duties will be permitted outdoors.
