Road Rage Incident Leads to Arrest in Berks County

BERKS COUNTY, PA – The Bern Township Police Department detained Daniel Mullin on Sunday, following a road rage incident.

Mullin was later transported to Montgomery County Correctional Facility by an officer from Lower Pottsgrove Township, where he awaits arraignment.

The incident began on April 21, when Mullin brandished a weapon during a road rage encounter and was found to be under the influence when stopped by police. Charges against Mullin include Terroristic Threats, Possessing Instruments of Crime, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, and Driving Under the Influence.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Rt #422 HWY & Evergreen Road, Pottstown.
