Robbery and Assault on East Kingsbridge Road

BRONX, NY – A robbery occurred on East Kingsbridge Road at the intersection with Valentine Avenue on Sunday. At around 6:30 PM, a 27-year-old male was confronted and robbed of his gold chain by an unidentified individual.

The victim attempted to retrieve his property, at which point the assailant brandished a firearm. The perpetrator then fled on foot, heading north on Webster Avenue. Thankfully, no injuries were reported in the incident.

The suspect is described as a male with a slim build and medium complexion, last seen wearing a tan and beige T-shirt, black pants, black and white sneakers, and carrying a black cross-body bag. Authorities are actively searching for the individual involved and request that anyone with information come forward.
