Forbes’s role included planning the invasions, recruiting participants, gathering information about potential targets, driving accomplices to and from the locations, and providing a firearm for use during the invasions. During some of these incidents, victims were restrained, assaulted with a pistol, and injured.

Forbes’s arrest occurred on April 1, 2020, following a 13-minute car chase in Rochester, on W. Ridge Road. His sentencing reflects the severity of his crimes and involvement in multiple violent home invasions.
