Roselle Park Man Charged with DWI After Accident Near Garden State Parkway

CRANFORD, NJ – Oscar Santiesteban, a 54-year-old resident of Roselle Park, NJ, was arrested and charged with multiple driving offenses following a motor vehicle accident on North Avenue East near the Garden State Parkway interchange. The incident occurred at approximately 8:47 PM on April 2, 2024.

Cranford Police, led by Officer Nicolette Tufano, responded to the scene and conducted an investigation that resulted in Santiesteban’s arrest. He faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Careless Driving, and Reckless Driving. Following his arrest, Santiesteban was released on a summons and is scheduled to appear in municipal court to address the charges.
