ROCKVILLE, MD – Route 355 in Rockville was closed at around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday night for a serious motor vehicle crash. Police closed the road near Halpine Road after a vehicle flipped over. The driver sustained only minor injuries, the Rockville Police Department reported. Traffic was delayed for about an hour.
