BRICK, NJ – The Brick Township Police Department has announced the reopening of Route 70 westbound at the Brick Blvd. intersection following an early morning crash. The incident had initially led to the closure of the route, with all traffic being diverted to Brick Blvd. southbound.

Additionally, the crash had resulted in the outage of traffic lights at the intersections of Brick Blvd. with Rt. 70 and Chambers Bridge, causing significant disruptions in traffic patterns. Motorists traveling through these intersections experienced considerable delays.
