NEW YORK CITY, NY – The only thing worse for New Yorkers facing a crime wave than a teenager with a loaded handgun walking the streets is a teenager with a gun walking the streets who is on probation for a convicted gun possession charge.
This week, New York Police officers once again arrested a 15-year-old male for a loaded gun. It’s the second time the teen, whose name was not released by police was arrested.
Back in December, he was arrested for gun possession and sentenced to probation in April. This week, he was arrested again with a fully-automatic handgun on Saturday. The NYPD officers were able to make the arrest after a brief foot pursuit.
