Scooter Bandits Snatch Necklace from Woman Walking Her Dog in Williamsburg

NEW YORK, NY – A necklace theft occurred in Williamsburg last Thursday, involving three individuals on mopeds. A 29-year-old woman was targeted while walking her dog at 368 Leonard Street around 10:04 PM.

Two men on a moped distracted her, allowing a third accomplice on another moped to snatch her necklace. The trio then escaped. The victim was unharmed. Police are investigating the theft and request public assistance in identifying the perpetrators.
