Scooter Operated Rammed and Carjacked in Brooklyn

New York City Police Department dispatched to crime scene.

BROOKLYN, NY – Northern District detectives are investigating a carjacking that occurred on Tuesday at approximately 12:05 a.m.

Officers were called to the 700 block of Cross Street in Brooklyn where the victim, riding a motorized scooter, had been knocked down. A black Hyundai sedan had rammed the rear of the scooter, causing the victim to fall.

Two individuals exited the Hyundai, took control of the scooter, and fled the scene. The victim suffered minor injuries and received treatment at the site.

The suspects are described as three males of unknown race, dressed in all-black clothing and face masks, operating a black Hyundai.
