DENVER, PA – Scott Anthony Olsavsky, 39, of Denver, PA, has been charged with two counts of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and a summary traffic violation following a vehicle stop.
The arrest occurred on March 17, 2024, around 2:10 a.m. in the 100 block of East Swartzville Road. Officers conducted a breath test which indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .15%, leading to the determination of impairment. Olsavsky was issued a summons to appear in District Court.
