The winning ticket was bought at White Oak Deli & Convenience Store, located at 6035 Cheviot Road. Following the standard 28 percent federal and state tax withholding, the winner will take home approximately 36,000 dollars.

Cash Explosion 25X is a 5-dollar scratch-off game offering a top prize of 150,000 dollars. As of April 29, nine top prizes still remain in circulation.
