COLUMBUS, OH — Aaron’s holiday season just got brighter after winning $500,000 on the Ohio Lottery’s new scratch-off game, Home for the Holidays.

He purchased the $10 winning ticket at Sunoco, located at 5800 Cleveland Avenue in Columbus. After mandatory state and federal tax withholdings totaling 28 percent, Aaron will take home approximately $360,000.

The Home for the Holidays scratch-off, launched recently, offers a top prize of $500,000. As of December 2, five top prizes remain available in the game.

The Ohio Lottery encourages players to check tickets regularly, as life-changing wins can happen anywhere and anytime.
