PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 35-year-old Leeah Beard, who has been reported missing. Leeah was last seen on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, in the vicinity of the 1500 block of West Hazzard Street.
Providing details about Leeah Beard’s appearance, she stands at 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. She has a thin build, brown eyes, and black hair. Authorities have reason to believe that she might frequent the areas of 1500 West Lehigh Avenue and the 1600 block of West Cumberland Street.
