PHILADELPHIA, PA—The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 76-year-old Phyllis R. Garnant, who has been classified as an endangered missing person. Ms. Garnant was last seen this morning at 9:00 AM, walking westbound on the 1900 block of Locust Street.
Ms. Garnant is described as being 5’4″ tall and weighing 140 lbs, with gray eyes and grayish-blonde hair. She was last observed wearing a yellow raincoat with blue trim, white rain boots with black soles and black laces, and a tan knit cap.
The police urge anyone with information about Ms. Garnant’s whereabouts to immediately contact the Central Detective Division at 215-686-3093 or call 911.
