WASHINGTON, DC – The D.C. Metro Police Department urgently seeks assistance locating 12-year-old Lisseth Nicole Vallenilla, last seen in Northeast DC. Valentina was last seen at the 1600 block of New York Ave. at 1:55 PM yesterday.
Police describe Lisseth as a Hispanic female. She stands about 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs around 125 pounds, and has long black hair and green eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, and white shoes.
