CATONSVILLE, MD – Jazarah Jeasia Mobley, a 17-year-old girl, has been reported missing since 6 a.m. on August 16 and was last seen in Catonsville.
Mobley is described as 5’6″ and weighing 140 lbs., with red hair. Her clothing description is unknown. Authorities suggest that she may be located in East Baltimore.
