STATEN ISLAND, NY—The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Blanca Elvir, who has been reported missing within the confines of the 121st Precinct.
Blanca was last seen in her residence at Castleton Avenue during the early hours of today, around 1:40 AM. She is described as a Hispanic female with a light complexion, standing 4 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 100 pounds.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a white T-shirt and blue shorts.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Blanca’s whereabouts to come forward to help ensure her safe return.
