Second-Place Mega Millions Ticket Sold in Glenmont Earns $1 Million

GLENMONT, NY – A ticket that claimed the second prize in the Mega Millions drawing was sold in Glenmont on September 12.

The New York Lottery disclosed that the valuable ticket was purchased at Stewart’s Shops, located at 33 Frontage Road in Glenmont. The ticket is worth $1,000,000.

Mega Millions winners are decided by drawing numbers from a pool of one to 70. Additionally, the Mega Ball number is selected from a separate set of one to 25. The Mega Millions numbers are drawn every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m. and broadcast on various channels.
