Sheriff’s Department Mourns Loss of K-9 Sheba

The Ocean County Sheriff’s Office regrets to announce the untimely passing of K9 Sheba. K9 Sheba was a 7 year old German Shepherd who served the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office for 3 years as a narcotics dog. K9 Sheba was a rescue dog from the Throw Away Dogs Project, an organization that rescues dogs and tries to re-home them as police K9s. We send our condolences to handler Cpl. Teddy Wielichoski and his family during this time of sadness.
