Sheriff’s Office Responds to Multiple Incidents in Stafford County

Stafford, VA – The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office reported a series of incidents on Tuesday, including assault and larceny cases.

Deputies E.T. Osborn and T.W. Jenkins responded to America’s Best Value Inn on Warrenton Road on Monday at 4:49 p.m. following a fight prompted by a verbal altercation over music. Surveillance footage captured the incident, leading to three individuals being charged with assault by mob.

A 45-year-old male suspect is being held on a $2,000 bond, a 41-year-old female suspect on a $1,000 bond, and a 20-year-old male suspect was released on personal recognizance.

Later at 5:18 p.m., Deputy C.D. Quebedeaux addressed a disturbance at Walmart on Village Parkway.

A female suspect caused a scene at the pharmacy drive-through, where she threw a glass bottle at staff, which shattered on the ground. The suspect, known to the staff, was identified, and warrants for simple assault and disposing of trash on private property were obtained.
