Shooting and Attempted Carjacking in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A male victim drove himself to the hospital after being shot in the arm during an attempted carjacking at the 1500 block of E Cheltenham Avenue. The incident involved 4 to 6 males, according to the 15th District Police.

The shooter has been described as a black male, aged between 12 and 16 years, weighing around 110 lbs and standing approximately 5’4″ to 5’5″. He was last seen wearing a ski mask and a black hoodie. The investigation is ongoing.
