Shooting at East Hartford Apartment Complex Leaves Victim in ICU

EAST HARTFORD, CT – East Hartford police are currently investigating a shooting that took place on Monday night near the Woodcliff Estates apartment complex.

The incident occurred in the parking lot behind building number three.

One man is in the ICU after being shot in the chest and leg, as confirmed by Sgt. William Spragg from East Hartford police.

The other individuals involved in the shooting fled the scene before police could arrive.

A firearm was recovered from the incident site. Stray bullets from the shooting damaged apartment windows and multiple vehicles in the parking lot. However, no other individuals were injured.
